Rates Unarmed Master Security Expert

Minimum 4 hours @150 per = $600

Full day of 8 hours @125 per =1000

Weekly rate of 5 days of 16 hours =80 hours@80 per hour =6400

Prom special =6 hours @100 per =600 (125 per hour for additional hours)

Rate Armed Master Security Expert

The price is - $50/ hour Higher.

For jobs requiring more than one agent

15% discount will be applied.

Terms and Conditions

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Rates provided are for pickups and drop offs with no stops and in addition to tolls and parking. Wait time will be charged for airport pickup that exceeds the grace period. (See details below).

GRACE TIME

Grace period for Domestic Flights pickups is 45 minutes & for International Flights grace period is 1 hour. Any other type of reservation the grace period is 15 min. Waiting time will start there after.

ADDITIONAL STOPS

Jobs scheduled as a transfer (point A to point B) or airport pick‐ups do not include any stops. If the passenger requests to stop prior to the final there will be a $20.00 charge per stop with a 15 min wait time per each stop (this does not apply to Road Shows, Hourly, or as Directed reservations).

SURCHARGES

Although NYC trips have a 2.5% TLC charge, 8% Gas surcharge, 8.875% Tax. But for all our customers we will not charge anything extra and it will be all inclusive. Only a 20% gratuity will be applied during all reservations. During reservation, if an inside meet and greet at the airport is requested, then there will be an additional fee of $30 (parking) will be charged during reservation. If for any reason customers make any additional requests, it will be informed to the customer and will be calculated accordingly and charged after the trip.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards, corporate checks, and bank wire transfers (corporations only).

BILLING

Billing is done on daily basis. All transfer (point A to point B) reservations will be charged 12 hours prior to the pick‐up time. A corporate/personal credit card and a photo ID with address proof of the same name as on CC (for security purposes) is requested to have on file for all accounts. In the event, that an invoice is not satisfied within 30 days, a late fee of 3% will be added to the pending invoice balance. Please note that all payments via credit cards are subject to a 3.5% surcharge. And customer can be asked to produce the same ID proof while on board for security reasons (as per NY State law).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy for Premium Chauffeurs- Wedding/Events/Parties and Luxury Vehicles bookings must be cancelled Two weeks in advance. Reservations not cancelled with in Two weeks will be charged with 50% fee and such events cancelled with in 72 hours will be charged with full payment. For point A to Point B/ Hourly trips, A cancellation received before 48 hours will not be charged and money will be refunded in full. A cancellation received within 48 hours will be charged in full. A confirmation email will be sent to confirm the cancellation but it is the client’s responsibility to follow up with our office to confirm such cancellation. Cancellation Policy for Premium Security Services- A 50% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The full balance must be paid a day before the Job starts.

DAMAGES

Damages to any part of the vehicle made by the customer will be charged to the customer’s account accordingly. No smoking/eating is allowed inside the Vehicle at anytime. A cleaning fee will be charged accordingly from the customer to help cover the costs of getting the vehicle back to its original condition.

FLEET

Cadillac XTS, Suburban & Escalade SUVs, Mercedes Benz Limousine & Executive Sprinters that seat up to 14 passengers. All of our fleet is 2021 or newer. Our vehicles are equipped with complimentary WIFI, water, hand sanitizer, disposable masks, and gloves, disinfecting products, first aid kit, sweets, cellphone/tablet chargers, extra‐large umbrellas and more. Our vehicles are disinfected after each ride and fogged every night upon arrival to our lot.

Premium Chauffeurs strives to deliver the highest quality of service to our clients and is a full‐service transportation company, specializing in all aspects of transportation including Road Shows, major airports transfer as well as private airports, as directed jobs, birthday celebrations, weddings and more. Please note that Premium Chauffeurs, and/or any of its Vendors, Subcontractors, Affiliates, Employees, Officers, or Directors be liable or responsible for damages caused by delay or failure to perform, in full or in part, any of its obligations in connection with our Services, provided that there is due diligence in attempted performance under the circumstances and that such delay or failure is due to fire, earthquake, unusually severe weather, strikes, government‐sanctioned embargo, flood, and act of God, an act of war or terrorism, an act of any public authority or sovereign government, civil disorder, delay or destruction caused by the public carrier, traffic, heavy traffic, delay flights, early flights, street closures, accidents, flat tires, mechanical issues, sickness, or any other circumstances substantially beyond the control of Premium Chauffeurs and/or any of its Vendors, Subcontractors, Affiliates, Employees, Officers or Directors.
